2026 新年個人Flags|New Year’s Resolutions* 

1 每週閱讀1本書,全年閱讀至少49本書。盡量讀完每本書後都寫一點筆記。Read one book a week, at least 49 books in 2026, and try write notes after finishing each book.

2 保持素食,謹慎地選擇蛋、奶、黃油。Keep vegetarian diet, be cautious in consuming eggs, milk, and butter. 

3 保持跑步,每個月至少跑步40km。今年完成2次馬拉松。Keep running, 40 km each month and 2 marathons within 2026.

4 每週使用社交媒體時間不超過3個小時 (限定工作需要),每天在限定時間內回覆消息。Use social media less than 3 hours a week, response message only at certain time in a day.

5 使用AI編程工具自動化工作流程,學習量化方法和統計。Master AI tools and automize work flows. Learn quantitative methods and statistics.

6 至少每兩週在網站裡更新內容,保持輸出的頻率。Update new contents on personal webpage biweekly, maintain the frequency of output. 

7 對以上目標的變化保持開放,隨時修改和迭代。Be open to changes of above-mentioned resolutions, be ready to modify and progress.

*我真正應該如何選擇、如何工作、如何生活?不是被動地讓工作異化身體,而是通過每一天的素食、跑步、和與人的交往,通過審慎的選擇和準確的行動,重新獲得物質身體和精神生活的自主權——擁抱變化、思考變化、把握變化,並在變化中構建新的東西。

What decisions should be made? How should I work and live my life? I must not alienate my own body anymore, but reclaim the autonomy of my physical body and spiritual life through every mindful decision and accurate actions that build up something new by confronting, contemplating, and capturing changes.
